When starting a business, you first think of a wonderful business name for your business. But as we all know, you and I want a good and attractive name for our business. Here, is where the problem begins.

Before you name your business you need thorough research, because that name might be already a registered business name. 

When you use someone's business name, you will not be able to cope with your audience. Your traffic is likely to be moved to the person that registered the name and he can sue you.

I want you to know, no matter your position you are not above the law. Mark Zuckerberg, the owner of Instagram, wants to register Meta (a new brand of Facebook) but he can't because the name is already registered on Instagram. Despite he is the owner of the platform, he can't change it.  Now, the company that already registered META requests millions of dollars for exchange.
We are saying it now, tomorrow it might affect you. We all know if Mark Zuckerberg do proper research he won't have ended up like this.
